City of Chicago Cottage Food Compliance: Chez Davis (Registration #: XXX) is registered and certified as a Cottage Food Operation with the City of Chicago and the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) in compliance with the Illinois Cottage Food Operation Act (410 ILCS 625/). All products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to public health inspection that may also process common food allergens.

Geographic Limitations: In accordance with Illinois law, all products offered by Chez Davis are available strictly for direct sale, local pickup, or shipping within the State of Illinois. Orders placed with addresses outside of Illinois will be canceled.

End-User Purchase Only: All products purchased are intended solely for personal consumption by the purchaser or recipient and are strictly prohibited from being resold, redistributed, or supplied to retail food establishments.

Handling & Storage: Chez Davis prepares fresh cakes without preservatives. Upon delivery or pickup, the buyer assumes responsibility for proper storage, handling, and refrigeration. We are not liable for product degradation resulting from improper storage after receipt.
